You can make a payment using your Paypal account. Payments will be charged in real time. You can also request cash on delivery or bank deposit payment by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive invoice together with ordered items.
The first step is to fill out the order form, where you will indicate your personal details and confirm the type and quantity of the ordered goods. (Each order should include: contact person, phone number, exact description of the goods, number of items and payment method, other information except card details). Once you click the Pay button, you will be redirected to your Paypal account in the protected environment and confirm the amount in EUR. You will then receive a notification of successful payment execution.
The list of goods and sales prices is included on the seller's website for each item individually. All the prices include VAT.
Delivery methods and charges
We provide courier home delivery. The charge for delivery in Slovakia, Austria and Czech Republic is 4,90€, and within other countries 9,90€. Usual delivery time is within 3 days. The delivery dates may vary according to weekends or public holidays. To ensure proper delivery, we recommend to add your phone number to the notes at the end of the order summary, as this will be used at the delivery.
The seller commits to deliver the correct type and quantity of goods as stated at the time of the order, based on the customer's order at the agreed price, adequately pack the goods, send the goods within the agreed time, issue and attach the invoice as a tax document.
The buyer undertakes to take over the ordered goods and to pay for the ordered goods the agreed price.
The seller is not liable for the delayed delivery of the ordered goods caused by the mail service, damage to the consignment caused by the mail service, possible non-delivery of the goods due to any restriction or cancellation of the distribution rights or other unforeseeable obstacles.
The customer has to check for completeness and integrity when taking over the shipment. If there is any defect on the purchased item, this fact must be communicated without delay.
Exchanges and returns
For each ordered item statutory warranty period is 24 months. Seller is not responsible for defects if buyer caused a defect by inadequate or excessive usage of the product; claims goods after the expiration of the warranty period; stored or operated goods in an inappropriate environment; defects have arisen as a result of a natural disaster.
You have up to 30 days from reception of your order to exchange your item or request a refund by post. Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible and send it to the address stated below together with the invoice and brief description of the problem by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Bear in mind that in the case of returns, BIELA will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
If you wish to return or exchange your item for another model, you must return the item and place a new order. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. The refund will be made using the bank account specified by the buyer.

You can cancel your order via email up to 2 hours from confirming your order. The full refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
The seller has the right to cancel the order if the buyer states invalid / false data; if the buyer chooses to make a prepayment to the account and does not pay the full amount for the ordered goods even after receiving notification from BIELA (by e-mail or telephone). The buyer will be informed of the cancellation of the order by e-mail or by telephone, and in case of payment of the purchase price or its part, the funds will be refunded within 14 days to the bank account specified by the buyer.
